Sewing Patterns for Every Day Dress Up
October 25, 2014
Home sweet home! Looks like you were visiting my favourite shop in Sydney? I’d know those displays anywhere!
Yes! I actually had no intention of stopping by fabric stores in Sydney since I’ve already bought a TON of fabric across SE Asia and there’s not much in an Australian fabric store that I can’t get at home. But I was walking through Sydney to meet up with Adam after his conference and just happened to walk right past Tessuti (I swear! I had no idea!) so I had to pop in for a quick drool. Didn’t buy anything, but I was sorely tempted!
It looks like you are having a great time. Aren’t the koalas super cute, although a bit smelly!?! I hope you saw a wombat too, they are my favourite.
I did! I love wombats. As a kid I had a book called “A House for Wombats” that I absolutely adored, so I was pretty dang excited to see wombats :)
off topic, but just discovered this and thought you would appreciate… http://news.sciencemag.org/people-events/2014/10/dance-your-ph-d-finalists-announced Finalists from a competition to dance your PhD, yes, that’s right, explain your PhD thesis in dance.
I’ve seen that competition in past years. So much fun and such creative entries! Thanks for sharing :)
I’m so glad you got to be with the wildlife while you were here.
