Tropo Camisole Pattern Testers

The most satisfying and inspiring part of any pattern release is seeing it made up by other people! It is so fun to see a collection of different size and shape bodies using different fabric and making different design decisions, all from the same pattern. I was fortunate to have an amazing, inspiring, creative group that tested the Tropo Camisole. Here are the gorgeous creations of those testers that were happy to have their pictures shared.

  1. I would love to make a camisole like this but with thicker straps to cover my bra straps as I wouldn’t want to go without wearing a bra.

We just posted a pattern hack for how you can sew the camisole with rib knit straps that are wide enough for a bra strap. You can also use extra wide (1″) fold-over elastic (FOE) that will create a .5″ wide finished strap that can also hid bra straps. We’ll have more on wide FOE on the blog soon!
