Our patterns make it easy for you to make clothes for Every Day Dress Up by emphasizing:
Inclusivity
Sizes 0-24
All our patterns span a waist of 25"- 45" (63.5 cm to 114 cm) and a hip of 35" to 55" (89 cm to 139.5 cm)
Cup Sizes A - F
All our patterns include cup sizes A through F so the SBA (small bust adjustment) or FBA (full bust adjustment) are already done for you.
Multiple Lengths
Many of our patterns come in multiple length options such as short, average, and tall.
Sizing and Fit Made Easy
All our patterns include information on how to best choose a size for that pattern and have sewalongs on our blog that explain common fit adjustments for all sorts of different bodies.
Representation
Models Like You
Our cover models are illustrated from our volunteer pattern testers. Whoever you are, we want you to see yourself in our models since your unique beauty is just as beautiful as anyone else. You, too, should be a model!
Increased Visibility
We make a concerted effort to increase visibility of sewists who have a variety of identities and backgrounds including, but not limited to, people of color, LGBTQ, disabled, plus size, and mature sewists.
Easy Sewing
Comprehensive Instructions
Erin's background as a biochemist shows through in our obsessively detailed pattern instructions. If you're not an expert sewist already, all you need is a little self-confidence (and we're all about self-confidence here!).
Additional Support
You are why we do this! If you have any questions while sewing we want you to reach out to us and we'll support you the best we can. You can always email us at [email protected] or @ or DM us on Instagram at @TuesdayStitches

I've sewn as long as I can remember and started making most of my clothes as a young teen when I grew too tall to fit clothing off the rack. I learned the "right way" to draft and sew as a costume design major in college and somehow ended up graduating with a biochemistry major instead. I followed science through a Ph.D. (lemme know if you've got any burning questions about the cell biology of fat metabolism) and came back to my first love of sewing by launching SeamstressErin Designs which graduated into Tuesday Stitches.
I also run Maternity Sewing: Your Source for Maternity and Nursing Sewing Patterns with my friend and business partner, Lisa Kievits. If you or someone you sew for is pregnant, nursing, or planning to be in the future, pop on by!
